Overview

Irrigation is the key to the property's versatility. With the technology to direct the optimum amount of water to each crop, the Bulls Run has the capacity to diversify on demand.

The property has 480 hectares of irrigation under Centre Pivots using artesian water. 120 hectares use floodwater from river licenses. Irrigated crops currently grown include azuki beans, soya beans, lucerne seed, wheat, barley and red clover. The practice of minimum till or direct drilling is used with all crops.
